Frankie is a results-driven leader with a proven history of building and empowering high-performing teams. As the Managing Partner and Broker of Red 1 Realty’s Louisville office, he combines nearly a decade of real estate expertise with 17 years of senior operations leadership to create an environment where agents excel.
Since starting his real estate career in 2016, Frankie earned his broker’s license in 2019 and founded his own firm, establishing a reputation for integrity, innovation, and exceptional client service. At the same time, he served as a Senior Operations Manager for a nationally recognized entertainment organization, where he honed his skills in leadership development, strategic planning, and team-building—qualities he now brings to his role at Red 1 Realty.
Frankie is passionate about equipping agents with the tools, mentorship, and support they need to achieve their goals. His vision for the Louisville office is to foster a collaborative and empowering culture where agents can build thriving careers while delivering outstanding results for clients.
